The WP team for this year is Jon Waddington as Chair, supported by Jon Menice and Jamie Archdale-Smith.

WP remains key to all we do and forms the framework of our working lives. The primary agreements relating to WP are copied below.

We must always ensure that our local WP agreements conform to these frameworks as do any local arrangements we have around WP.

We should also remember that management can legitimately request any changes to the way we work providing it does not break these key agreements but that we retain the right to negotiate with them if the same provision can be provided compliantly within this same framework in a more palatable way.

As with any element of WP, if in any doubt please contact any member of the team.
